I am sorry, but an order made on the 6th of December and delivered on the 27th is not a slight delay... I understand that this period of the year is more difficult for your business, but it is also one of the most lucrative one for you and in 2024 you should be able to handle it. My experience has been awful, no update until I emailed you. On the 24th of December, I had to buy last minute gifts as replacements. At least, now, I received them and there are ready for Christmas 2025 or another opportunity. My experience matched with a few family members who also purchased gifts from this website early December. I can't judge the quality of the bracelet as it's still packaged.
