I got this for a friend and she loves it! However the shipping process has made me rethink this brand altogether. I love their style and many of the earrings on their website, but the shipping for this gift was ridiculous. Her birthday was the 10th of November and the necklace got to her house today (8th of December). So disappointing!

This necklace is beautiful and I wear it all the time. Great quality.
It's a beautiful necklace. I would wear it almost everyday and would take it off at night (to not risk damage). However, when I came home and was about to take it off, the chain snapped (not by my error because I didnt tug on it), The clasp was still intact however the hoop connecting the clasp to the chain came off so I'm disappointed about it, It might be an easy fix but none the less, a little disappointed.
This necklace is so beautiful, but I wear it every day (not in the shower) and it's tarnishing a little where I play with it a lot. Probably my fault but it does make it look cheap. Otherwise its a beautiful necklace and I still wear it all the time!

this necklace is my favorite ever. it goes w all of my outfits and elevates them. i had no issues w it tarnishing even after almost a year. the only part that tarnished was the jump ring connecting the chain to the pendant but it was not noticeable at all. i broke this necklace chain after almost a year by tugging too hard on it but I love it soooo much I am planning to repurchase

def worth the price!! it's my staple piece that i wear daily. sometimes i fell asleep with the necklace on and the heart charm would end up in a different slot, stuck between the little bulbs on the chain. just be careful to note that it is a bit fragile so if you tug on it too hard to fix it back in place, the heart charm might fall off., otherwise it's super cute!!
