The iconic reverse hook Swoosh Logo is presented in blue leather, and the inside is supplemented with a blue leather Swoosh Logo embellishment. The heel decoration is presented in red leather, and many TS iconic elements such as the tongue are retained; the beige embroidered label on the tongue is embellished with a blue LV logo, and the words Louis Vuitton are printed under the heel. The Jack brand logo and Wings Logo on the heel are made of white stitching to highlight the joint identity; the midsole also uses an oxidized aging effect, and the outsole uses blue rubber to complete the overall design.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original shoebox) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

Delivery times may vary if you’re outside these countries and may differ based on your country’s customs processing times. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you.
